Refund policy

All sales are final, we do not do refunds and returns for online orders. Due to our policy that all purcahses are final, pre-orders cannot be refunded. If you placed a pre-order, you will receive your product regardless of what happens. If you receive a detective item contact us and issue will be fixed right away.
