Shipping Times:
Local Orders: Typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping.

International Orders: Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

Preorder Items:
Processing Time: Preorder items require 2-5 weeks for processing before shipping.
Chargebacks: Any chargebacks initiated before the 5-week processing period has concluded are considered premature and should be overturned immediately. By placing a preorder, customers acknowledge and agree to this processing timeframe.

Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
